Ryalto allows users to voice and video call their colleagues without having to share their personal phone number. They can do so from the directory, another user's profile, or an existing chat.

• Users will receive an incoming call notification as long as they are not on another call.
• Users will receive a missed call notification if they do not answer the call before the call ends.
• Call History can be seen on the web app in the chat section. At present it cannot be found in the mobile app. It displays who calls were with, the time on the call, and if the call was answered.

Important exception: At present, calls are only available on the mobile app.
