Ryalto's chat is your workplace chat. It allows users to keep a separation between their personal and professional lives, rather than having to use their personal messaging apps for work. It has all the features you would expect from a modern chat application and supports additional workplace focused features.

Ryalto allows users to access and manage their shifts. Users can manage shifts created directly in Ryalto by a shift admin, fed from an external source via an API integration or via links to external platforms.

Ryalto's admin dashboard shows real time and historic analytics for their organisation and aims to provide relevant insights into the engagement of users in their organisation.

Ryalto's admin permissions are flexible and granular, allowing users to have permissions for specific platform features and different roles in each organisation they are part of.

Ryalto provides a range of settings that can be configured by an organisation admin to tailor the platform to their needs. This includes customisation of the features that are visible in the quick bar in the app, the colour scheme for the app and configuring the organisation's structure with categories, skills and job roles.

Ryalto allows users to voice and video call their colleagues without having to share their personal phone number. They can do so from the directory, another user's profile, or an existing chat.

Work logs are a simple way for users to log work they are completing. With a couple of taps they can start a timer running and end it when the work is complete. They can be used to record shifts, tasks, or other work-related activities.

Ryalto notifications allow users to receive updates about their account and what's happening at their organisation. They are delivered as push notifications to their device. User's can pause notifications outside of their working hours or if they are going on holiday.

Ryalto's FAQs are extendable by organisation admins and Ryalto supports external service desk integrations to allow users to find help when they need it.

The directory is a list of all users within an organisation, it shows important details about each user and provides a link to view their full profile. Chats and calls can be started from the user's directory entry.

The user profile shows workplace details about a user. User can start a chat or call with a user from their profile. From their own profile a user can edit their details, and manage their settings and preferences.

Each user has a single login for Ryalto. This login works for the mobile app, the web app, all of the user’s organisations, and any admin roles they have within those organisations. Organisations can choose to configure SSO for User Authentication. Ryalto can also act as an Identity Provider for SSO.

In Ryalto, a user’s account is independent of any Organisations that they are part of. They can have a profile in multiple organisations and have different roles in each.

Ryalto is secure by design and built with Scalability in mind. Current organisations using Ryalto range in size from 30 to 50 000 users. Ryalto supports Single Sign-On (SSO) for added security and convenience. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploads are scanned for Viruses
