The directory is a list of all users within an organisation, it shows important details about each user and provides a link to view their full profile. Chats and calls can be started from the user's directory entry.
- Users can filter the directory based on the User type, category, sites and departments.
- Users can search the directory.
- Users can navigate from a User card in the directory to that User’s profile or their chat.
- A User may be hidden from the Directory by an Admin.
