Each user has a single login for Ryalto. This login works for the mobile app, the web app, all of the user’s organisations, and any admin roles they have within those organisations. Organisations can choose to configure SSO for User Authentication. Ryalto can also act as an Identity Provider for SSO.
Users are able to sign up from on either the mobile application or website using a clearly marked button. They will be given a screen to add in their details. A user can also be invited to join Ryalto through a refer a friend page in a user’s personal settings, or a button to invite a user to Ryalto found in the Organisation Settings page available to admins; both of these involve giving a name and an email; a prospective user will then receive an email with a link inviting them to sign up to Ryalto, providing the same screen to add personal details found through the Sign Up button.
When a user has signed up they will have limited access to Ryalto and it’s functions until they verify their email through a link sent to them.
Ryalto is accessible from a single URL: Ryalto App. In contrast, past versions of Ryalto used 4 different URLs for different functionality within the platform.
Resend Email Confirmation
If a user doesn’t receive the email to confirm their account, a new email can be sent to them from the following url:
ryalto.app
Global Admins are also able to send this via a button on a user’s profile.
SSO
Ryalto supports SSO for users who are part of an organisation that has SSO enabled. Users will be able to sign in using their organisation’s SSO provider.
This does require additional configuration by the Ryalto team and the organisation’s IT team.
Ryalto as an SSO Provider
Ryalto can act as an SSO provider for organisations that do not have their own SSO provider. This allows users to sign in to other apps using their Ryalto credentials.
Several organisations are already using this feature to allow access to timesheets and payslips that are stored on other systems.
