Each user has a single login for Ryalto. This login works for the mobile app, the web app, all of the user’s organisations, and any admin roles they have within those organisations. Ryalto is accessible from a single URL: Ryalto. In contrast, past versions of Ryalto used 4 different URLs for different functionality within the platform.

Sign Up

Users are able to sign up from on either the mobile application or website using a clearly marked button. They will be given a screen to add in their details. A user can also be invited to join Ryalto through a refer a friend page in a user’s personal settings, or a button to invite a user to Ryalto found in the Organisation Settings page available to admins; both of these involve giving a name and an email; a prospective user will then recieve an email with a link inviting them to sign up to Ryalto, providing the same screen to add personal details found through the Sign Up button.

When a user has signed up they will have limited access to Ryalto and it’s functions until they verify their email through a link sent to them.

Resend Email Confirmation

If a user doesn’t receive the email to confirm their account, a new email can be sent to them from the following url: ryalto.app

Global Admins are also able to send this via a button on a user’s profile.
